Our services

Therapy

We provide ongoing individual and couples therapy sessions via teletherapy, using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. In occasional circumstances, we are also able to offer outdoor walk-and-talk therapy sessions.

Consulting

We love helping non-therapy professionals work through organizational issues using a clinical lens. We have experience providing trauma-informed training and facilitation to medical providers, attorneys, and other groups. Submit a contact form to find out more about how we can assist you.

 Fees and insurance

  • Fees for individuals are $190 for intake sessions and $175 for subsequent sessions. Fees for couples sessions are $190. All fees are due at the time of service.

  • We are considered out-of-network providers with all insurance plans. Most PPO plans, however, do offer out-of-network benefits, and we can provide a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company. We suggest using an app like Reimbursify to simplify the process of processing claims for out-of-network reimbursement. We also encourage using your HSA or FSA benefits, if applicable.

  • If you intend to submit bills to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, we recommend calling your provider ahead of time to verify your benefits. You are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance coverage. Here are some questions to ask:

    1. What are the amounts covered for the initial intake session (CPT code 90791) and for subsequent therapy sessions (CPT code 90837 for individual therapy)?

    2. Do you have a deductible you need to meet before your insurance payments kick in? If so, how much of the deductible do you still have to meet for this year?

    3. Is pre-certification or pre-authorization required?

  • We have a limited number of slots for reduced fee sessions. If open, eligibility is based on financial and therapeutic need.

  • Under the No Surprise Act, patients who are self-paying for health care services are eligible to receive an estimate of the bill for said services and any related fees prior to their first appointment. See here for more information on your right to a Good Faith Estimate.
